Big Sister

Ella is such a great big sister. She loves to hold William and has fun getting him to smile. William interacts with her more than anyone else. He loves to stare at her (or in her general direction) as she preforms her antics. She loves having such a captivated audience. Ella is so good at being my special helper. Whether throwing away dirty diapers or getting blankets and burp clothes she is always always willing. It is so sweet to see the love she has for him. She often tells me that we need to have more siblings and soon. At least two more according to her with the next one being a girl. ;) I don't have a lot of pictures of the two of them together right now. I need to work on that...

We found her sleeping like this.

13 days of Halloween, each day we have a theme these are her "ghost pancakes" look really hard, you can see it...right?
Our pumpkin patch trip. It was actually cool and rainy. How fun!
Miss Tinkerbell. Her Halloween costume of choice :)

One Month

This first is how he is looking now. He has really dry skin and it is all cracking and peeling off. When we change his clothes it is a snowstorm...

This I think is two weeks, I love the peaceful look on his face
He has crazy wrinkles everywhere. Though they are filling out a lot now.
He has started smiling and making happy faces, (at about three weeks, trying to write these things down so I don't forget them)
He is a strong kid, he has been lifting his head like this since week one. He also holds his head up really well and almost turned from belly to back. Though I dont think he will be able to make the full roll for a few more weeks :)

Oh Boy!

William Charles. Born September 27.
6 lbs, 11 oz.
20.5 inches long.
Same height and weight that Charles was when he was born. :)
I will post his birth story later. Here are some snapshots of life since William was born. We just love our little boy!

His bilirubin count was high so we had to use this "bili blanket". He glowed for a few days.
When we were able to move home to our house (we had to be out the week he was born because of rat clean up) Ella was SO excited to give him his toys!

I love his little feet. He is already growing so fast! I am trying to enjoy every bit of this tiny stage.
